Order via the webshop

If you already know exactly what you want, you can easily order your favorite products in our webshop. This can be done in three simple steps:

1. Select the item in the desired color and/or size and place it in the shopping cart.
2. Done shopping? Then go to your shopping cart and click on 'checkout'.
3. Are you already a Nancy HomeStore customer? Then log in with your details and pay.

You can then pay for your order via VISA, PayPal, Mastercard. The entire amount of the order must be paid. The order has been received by us when you receive a notification that the order has been shipped. You have also received a confirmation email.

Shipping costs

Many of our competitors charge a shipping fee. Almost all our shipping options are free for all orders to any destination in the Netherlands and Belgium.

We do have the option to have it delivered insured and you pay €4.95 per order.

Delivery & Processing Times

After placing your order, we will ship your products within 1 to 3 business days. This may take longer on larger products such as sofas or beds, this will be specifically stated in the product description. Because Nancy HomeStore has many different partners, the delivery time may vary. The delivery time can take between 1 and 8 working days, shipped with DPD, DHL, PostNL or Bpost. If the product falls outside the standard delivery time, this will be indicated in the description.

Send updates and alerts

Communication is very important – we will keep you informed via email notifications throughout the shipping process. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. This number can be used to track the shipment with the delivery company mentioned in the email.

What does the carrier do if the customer is not at home?

The item is offered again, delivered to the neighbors or left at a collection point. This depends on the postal company that delivers it. They always leave a note and if they forget this you can see it via the track & trace. If both options do not work, please contact us at: 085 1300 477
